SPARK - Smart Planning for Agile Urban Mobility Solutions

Objective: project aims to strategically enhance urban mobility policies through smart planning and agile solutions, aligned with EU sustainability goals.


The project focuses on fostering good practices and knowledge transferability in terms of reducing the carbon footprints in mobility and local economies by intelligently enhancing local policies in the fields of smart and green mobility, and climate-change actions.


Based on PPs experiences, SPARK aims at designing new adaptive and robust urban mobility solutions to lower carbon emissions in EU regions. Through strategic planning and policy improvement, SPARK contributes to a greener, healthier, and smarter EU regions, supporting sustainable economic growth, aligning with the EU's climate-neutral action plan. Addressing urban mobility for zero carbon economy and climate challenges, SPARK promotes a resilient, cohesive, and inclusive Europe, supporting the EU Cohesion Policy and European Green Deal objectives for sustainable development.



Duration:

Core Phase – 36 months (01 May 2025 – 30 April 2028)

Follow-up Phase - 12 months (01 May 2028 – 30 April 2029)

Closure Phase – 3 months (01 May 2029 – 31 July 2029)


Budget:

Total: 1,649,499.00 EUR

Interreg funds: 1,290,049.20 EUR

Partner Contribution: 359,449.80 EUR
