In the project’s second semester, SPARK partners — together with expert teams from each region — have begun identifying the best existing solutions already implemented in their cities.
These are ideas and projects that have clearly improved mobility and quality of life. Each region will select two concrete good practices, easy to transfer and apply in other parts of Europe.
At the same time, partners are preparing the Local Analysis Reports, which explain in a clear and accessible way:
• the current situation in each region;
• key actors involved (administration, companies, NGOs, communities, etc.);
• the main challenges;
• and recommendations for improving public mobility policies.
Another important milestone this semester is the development of the Joint Guidance for policy improvement. This guide will outline, step by step, how to select, adapt, and replicate successful solutions so they can work in other cities as well — a practical tool for everyone involved in mobility planning.
In the coming months, SPARK will focus on learning from real examples, exchanging ideas, and preparing the materials that will support cooperation among the partner regions.
Stay tuned on our official pages — we will soon publish the selected good practices, the findings from local analyses, and the upcoming Common Guide for better policies!
